I did this wallpaper because I wanted to help
my idol Jet Li, a martial arts action star, to
promote his upcoming summer movie "Kiss of
the Dragon". It is my personal and artistic
way to represent my anticipation for the movie.
I wanted anyone to like it, whoever they are.

I accentuated greatly the fire tones, from which
I intentionnally wanted to bring an important
heat sensation and strength. A first time for
me in creating dirt/real fire texture. Not recommended
for a wallpaper though.

Simple, professionnal and artistic are keys
for this wallpaper. The subtle phrase behind the
logo is a small part of one of my poem, originally
written in French. It says "the shadow
blossoms into light, purifying oneself in the
name of Art."

Photoshop have been the main tool I used. The
sketch in the center have been designed originally
by Thang, one of the most talented artist from
Jet Li fanworks website. It represents a cute
version of Wong Fei Hung, a meaningful character
that Jet Li portrayed in "Once upon a time
in China" series. * The Chinese characters
actually symbolise the name of that character.
